Thankyou (:When given the hpv vaccine will you feel ill after?
I had my 2nd HPV jab about a week ago, my first a month ago.

The vaccine only affects some of the people who get it, I know people who felt fine after wards, others experienced most of the side-affects. I had a headache, got really tired and then very hyper over the next few hours, and it's likely that where you got your shot will hurt for a few days.

Before you get the vaccine given, the person administering it will as you if you've been taking any new medication, been feeling ill at all, whatever. Then you can tell them how you're feeling, or any symptoms you've been having. From there, they have the right to decide if you can get the shot or not, or if you really want to make sure, have a parent call in to school before you get your shot. Our school let us hold a friend's hand when you were getting it.

Anyway, make sure you eat a big breakfast, otherwise, it's highly likely that you'll get sick an hour or so later. Anything else you can check on a sheet of side-affects they give you after you have your vaccine.
