I eat over 2000 calories a day in chocolate and i was wondering will i get ill i eat other food to im a size 8?

i am addicted to the chocolate and i don't no how to stop i love sugarI eat over 2000 calories a day in chocolate and i was wondering will i get ill i eat other food to im a size 8?

being addicted to chocolate that's a new one for me, I guess those fat kids are addicted to fast food. Yes people like the taste of certain foods, but they must be eaten in moderation. 2K a day in chocolate is a little absurd, that's like 3 huge Hershey bars, or 25 of the little snack bars. Come on there has to be something else to eat. It is snacking that is the problem, people are so used to having to eat something that's why we have an obesity problem. Its not the calories that make you fat its the sugar, sugar turns into fat. also leads to problems like diabetes like stated above. Cut it out and good luck

Ok this is a great way to cut back on chocolate.


try and get a job there. usually after working 2 days+ of something you love. you will get over the fact that you like the product so much.





Unlucky for smokers this does not help.
Chocolate is a very good food with plenty of vitamins and minerals. Dark chocolate is the better and it's know to lower cholesterol and blood pressure but when eaten in a normal plan.





If you eat too much chocolate you are not having the good benefits of chocolate as you are increasing obesity and glycemie.





You can nevertheless have that chocolate that you love whitin a healthy diet plan. You won't put weight and you'll have better health from a few squares every day that from a lot of chocolate.
Ok, if I understand what you're saying, you eat a normal diet, and in addition to that you eat 2000 calories worth of chocolate every day? No, you won't get sick from doing that. But you will get fat.


If you're craving chocolate and sugar, you're not eating enough healthy calories. Your body is basically begging you for more calories. If you focus on eating more healthy food, you will find that your cravings for sugar and chocolate will naturally diminish. For now, don't worry about cutting out the junk, just worry about eating healthy, balanced meals and snacks, and don't go hungry. If you're hungry, eat, when you're satisfied, stop. Just make good food choices, eat vegetables, whole grains, lean meat and dairy, and fruit, and eat those things first. Never eat sweets on an empty stomach. And drink 8-8 oz glasses of pure water every day. If you do all of this, you will find that your cravings gradually go away. You'd better start doing this soon, too, seriously, what you're doing isn't healthy for your body, and you're going to end up really fat.
