He shouldn't have run after the officers that were trying to leave - thinking he could make a statement about the poor black man vs the mean ole' cop, without consequences. Champion the racism conflict, and it brings fame and lots of money. Many are not aware of the bias in the health care bill. Minority students are to get preference when it comes to getting into medical schools and federal aid for tuition. Affirmative action is alive and well. The fact that we have elected a black president should have put an end to it, but they dont want to leave the gold mine. The main stream media does not want to inform people of Gates actions. Any white man acting the same way would have been treated the same way by the police. You can educate someone, give them a prestigious position, and still they act like a street thug.Since Gates made the issue about Race to instigate ill-will....?
All I have to say is I can't believe the police report, complete with the witnesses name and street, is all over the internet. That is supposed to be a confidential report. Not for release to the public. Now everyone on earth knows that woman's name, street and city. That's messed up! The police have victimized that woman by releasing that report with her name on it.
