Don't you wish people who are visibly ill would just stay home from the gym?

I mean, you're not supposed to work out when you're sick anyway, and why expose everyone else to what you've got?Don't you wish people who are visibly ill would just stay home from the gym?
im so totally agreein with u...some people specially we guyz always want to keep up with the diet (at least some of us) but again it is not so not cool cuz no matter how much i clean that metal u just lift after snizzin on ur hand, i still catch the flu or watever virus u got...so stay home gentlemen...Don't you wish people who are visibly ill would just stay home from the gym?
You mean you have never heard the ';sweat it out'; theory? It works for hangovers too. :-)





Your same premise could be applied to work, school, the grocery store, the movie theatre, the pet store etc.





I recommend that you drink purple cone flower/echinacea tea to stimulate and enhance individual immunity, and that you take time off from the gym so you are not vexed by the behavior of others.





Just do push ups, and use the gardening hoe and you will make great strenght gains. Can you feel it? Tones the whole body. :-)
