I need to know where I can find the cheapest and cutest dresses and shorts for rush.. We will be wearing t-shirts for rush that they give us but we have events to go to and while rushing I want my clothes to represent me and stand out from others! any ideas..??Ill be atttending college in the fall and will be going through rush! where are the best places to get clothes
