i owe taxes from 05 and im paying on it but since im on disability i dont have fileIf i get disability and im paying on taxes from 05' will ill be eligible for a rebate check?
It's my understanding that the rebate is only for those paying for '07. In any case, they probably would withhold it to finish satisfying your prior liability. Sorry!If i get disability and im paying on taxes from 05' will ill be eligible for a rebate check?
If you owe the IRS money then they will not send you a rebate, they will put it toward the balance you owe. I went through the same thing the last time they gave rebates.
