How fast will ill be able to get in the navy?

I'm already a senior in high school and i want to go already.

When would i be able to and is there a quick way to get in and ready for basic training? How fast will ill be able to get in the navy?
nope. soonest people are shipping is about 6 months.. the average is 9-12. and you cannot ship until AFTER you graduate HS anyway. How fast will ill be able to get in the navy?
if you've already signed up with a recruiter, you can leave with in a week of graduating. As a person that joined the military at 17 years old, 3 weeks out of high school, I would say wait until you're 21 to join. It's a hell of a shock going from home to the military. Also, there are far to many ways to get into trouble when you are underage.
For naval services there are qualifying criterion's, the best are selected, and trained. also the availability of vacancies and routine and emergent requirements are made known to recruitment officers, offices and then ur tested, recruited / inducted. So contact your nearest recruitment office and find out yourself.
Depends on yerr country, what you want to do and how badly they need people to perform those duties. Best to have a look at the defence site and give them a call they will give you all answers needed.
I'm sure a recruiter would be able to answer those questions for you. With the job outlook the way it is, you may have a short wait. Thank you for wanting to serve your country.
I signed up in june and my ship date is in december. I was actually pretty lucky, almost everyone else at MEPS got ship dates in mid-2010. I signed up IT by the way.
It all depends on how fast can you swim, if you can swim and get aboard a speeding Navy destroyer out of harbor then you are good as any sailor. Good luck!
I'm 17 about to start my senior year in high school and went to MEPS last week and the earliest ship date i could get was July 20 2010.
