are you serious? of course! god doesn't want people to end their own life....but since they are mental, (like they say ';durr play naruto, durrr (no offense)) no they shouldn't...but if they are crazy like ';im going to f*cking kill you b*tch!';, then yes.
I am 15 and from what i know, If they are mentally ill, they are one of the forgiven ones. Someone who commits suicide out of depression or fear is haram.
The mentally ill are not held accountable for their actions.
God does not care...He would send them to damnation, if He exists, which He does not.
