How did it go from hot to horrible so fast?


Is it true that if you own and drive one, you'll never get laid, people won't take you seriously, and no one will be your friend?

The PT Cruiser is not really considered ugly, like the pacer or the Aztec. It's actually a pretty decent vehicle, low cost, low maintenance and very practical.
I am actually buying a pt cruiser within the next month and loved them since they came out. They are reliable and great on gas...even though theyre a 4cyl they do have great torque and run great...they arent sluggish.


i love them and how they look...ill be buying one and wanted to since they came out.
As far as getting laid, if you don't ask for it you don't get it. The car will generally matter more to you than anyone you may date. The reason the value dropped is that Chrysler made it their in house replacement for the Neon shortly after Plymouth went away. A car that had sold for 15,900 dollars suddenly had a sticker of 13000 dollars, pretty much cut the legs out from under the whole line because of the sudden resale drop, you have to admit those Germans really knew what they were doing running an American company.
