every time i go somewhere he runs away i have to look where it is and second of all i hate dogs every time i train my dog not to poop on the floor

If you are saying that your dog runs away when you go out, put it in a room that it can not open the door to. You can buy litters and mats that your dog can use to go to the toilet, every time that it uses your floor as a toilet, smack it hard, shout at it and then place it on the mat so that t knows where to go.
Points or not I will try to help. Maybe you can put him on a leash and maybe try putting him outside everytime he poops on the floor. Hope this helps, I don't know much about dogs.

Who runs away? If you detest dogs so much, why do you have one? Third, in order to train a dog to be housebroken, how often are you feeding it? Are you crating the animal when you go out or go to bed? Is it a puppy? It is usually pretty easy to train a dog to use the outside when they need to relieve themselves. Maybe the dog you have can sense your impatience or even hate for it, and does not see you as a leader or someone whom is in charge enough to tell him where to poop? LOL
