How do u contest your nans will when your mental ill mum was a witness for the will?

was your mother ';mentally'; ill at the time she witnessed this? if this is correct the will is invalied......





i would take this up with citizens advise first as they offer free advise before you fork out for a lawyer or solictitor....

Call a lawyer and have them do it. Witnesses have to be 'of sound mind and body,' so if your mum wasn't, contesting the will should be relatively easy. Just contact a lawyer.
