im asking this cause i heard that software developers have to a code that ipodphone uses so they can know how to make apps etc. i dont get it what does that meanIf im going to be a software developer will that mean ill know somewhat how to make apps for ipodphone etc.?
If you are a software developer you will almost definitely learn the basics of computer hardware and programming.
Any platform, like iphone, facebook, windows, have special unique interfaces with programming, but they almost all use a programming language like java, C++, or something similar. This means you will have an edge.
Also, Apple, the maker of iPhone freely gives away a programming package that includes almost everything you need to make apps for iPhone. All you need is programming knowledge and the patience to do quite a bit of reading and figure out the rest.
Google iphone SDK and you'll find tons of info on this.
