This is what ill be doing will i loose alot of weight (guess how much in what amout of time)?

im trying to get the toxins out of my body so im eatting nothing but vegies (i dont have any fruit maby some grapes)


i eat atleast 6 mediume portins of vegies a day





now here comes the hard part





im just starting to jog again so im starting with 20 min (every day i add 5 min to it)





jump for (any amount of time)





and lift weights (i drink milk every time i lift)





bikeride for 20-30 min

I REALLY advise you to get more protein. You simply can't survive without it. Herring is a really good thing to eat, and poached or fried eggs are not that bad! i approve of your exercise. oh hell not another eating disorder --- calories in is calories out. your body will go into starvation mode ----seethe help of your doc or a god dietician and or physical instructor---- good luck honey

You are going to become really healthy and you are going to feel great! you will probably loose about 2to4 pounds a week wich is reeally good!!!

Add some protein to your diet;tuna,salmon,brown rice for fiber.


You simply cant rely on just veggies for energy.
You should lose quite a bit. It really depends on what you ate prior to your diet.
