Ive been going gym 5x a week for 7 months but have not been for 3 weeks while ill,how will it have affected me

It shouldn't affect you too much, but there are a lot of factors, such as what type of strength training you are doing, how much or how often you did it before those 7 months, how old you are, and how naturally inclined you are towards fitness. Also, it will have a worse effect if you were just sitting around all day doing nothing for those three weeks as opposed to moving around or somewhat active, and also what you've been eating.





You will probably get fatigued more than you did when you went regularly but your stamina/strength levels should return to normal very shortly pending the above factors, I would estimate 3 days to a week.Ive been going gym 5x a week for 7 months but have not been for 3 weeks while ill,how will it have affected me
you might find yourself having a tougher time doing the exercises you were doing 3 weeks ago, you might have to take it down a lil step so your body can get back on pace, after like 2 days though you will be back to normalIve been going gym 5x a week for 7 months but have not been for 3 weeks while ill,how will it have affected me
it takes like 3 weeks to notice a difference after going to the gym, about 8 weeks to see a difference and about 3 weeks to ruin it


start over , warm up longer and stretch more


take it easy the first day
well im not sure considering i dont work out(until like last week) but id say your muscle strengh goes down becasue it hasnt been usedyou know the saying if u dont use it you lose it? well its tue
