1st choice: go to shelter
if u cant do that or they dont have guinea pigs
2nd choice: a trusted breederWhere would ill be able to find a free guinea pig?
look at the piggies near you on http://www.petfinder.com theyre about 15$,but if you cant afford that you shouldnt get a pet till you have money saved.
check out ur animal shelter, they charge a fee but not very much at all
