As long as you remember your glasses/contacts, you should be fine.
If you think you have a problem with your sight, you should see an eye doctor anyway.
They just show you the chart thing that eye doctors have in their office, tell you to read lines from it. If you're going for your license, you should have already had to do it for your permit, right? At least, they made me.
